hello bloggers! i hope you are having a wonderful november. it sure is flying by!
well i don't know about you but its been 10 bloody filled years of fight club. a movie i hold very close to my heart! as of this point in time its my favorite movie (i seriously put it on to go to sleep - so comforting haha!).
so to celebrate the 10 year anniversary they are releasing a new "special" 10 year anniversary dvd with tons of new "movie buff" goods.

and many more!
i hope this finds you well and i need to get to more blogging soon!
at last the weather has finally cooled down in orlando! although i'm sure its only for the weekend. but alas i plan on enjoying it to the fullest :]
this weather reminds me of mini weekends in tallahassee with good friends. (gosh i miss those weekends and the people especially!)
oh! and as for the picture of the adorable french bulldog, i have decided once i am financially capable i want one! (and he shall be named pagoda, after my recent obsession with the royal tenenbaums.)
i hope this post finds you well! and happy fall everyone!
unfortunately, my a/c crapped out last night. like beyond repair. meaning hanasaurus is MELTING in her house. of course its 90 degrees outside, and probably 90+ in my house. however there is a silver lining in this, we have a temporary unit to hold us over until monday when we get our new unit. and according to the a/c repair man, with the new a/c unit our electric bill will lighten up (thank goodness).
so until our a/c is repaired don't anticipate any new posts. i'll be trying to find a nice cool oasis like place to cool off!
happy weekend fellow bloggers!
my new home is slowly starting to become complete.
however i am on the hunt for the perfect desk chair, much like my dear president obama :]
personally i would have gone for the darth vader-esque chair but that's just me. hopefully craigslist will have some fun options for me!
well fellow bloggers, i have finally moved into my new place, but not without some headaches. it has been a very long week of cleaning, painting, organizing, cleaning, shopping, assembling, and more organizing. granted there are a handful of issues (which are completely unnecessary) but alas i'm trying not to sweat the small stuff.
after several hours between shopping at ikea and assembling all of my furniture, i noticed a few little problems with my home. pest-y problems in particular. also my leaky air mattress is no fun. but hopefully this mini vacation home will help sort things out (bug bombing my room and ordering my bed).
i'll make sure to post pictures of my room once its complete!
well the time has come for hanasaurus blow this popsicle stand. and sadly my packing has only just begun. my walls are bare, with the exception of my wonderful obama poster (reminder, get a poster tube tomorrow) and i am dreading the endless driving back and forth between my current abode and my new home.
but alas, i will miss this apartment (even though i never thought i would). it's done me good these two years, (management and shitty roommates aside of course) and i'm a little sad to leave it behind.
alright enough mushy stuff!
wish me luck!
my beloved key bottle opener has decided to depart from my key ring and is missing. devastating i know. however upon my hunt to find a replacement i have stumbled onto other fun products from suck uk (classy name i know).
some other favorites of mine:
leave it to me to geek out over furniture, but this is inspiring!
starting earlier this month Target is going to launch a new furniture collection designed by Dror Benshetrit. he is known for his multi-functional designs and the Dror for Target collection is no different.
i am most excited for these nesting/stacking super combination bookcase/shelves! way to step it up target!
now anyone who knows me knows that i'm a sucker for clever packaging. and now archer farms, a personal favorite product line, is stepping up their game! their new packaging has been designed by tomorrow who also works with adidas and pixar.
“Target Corporation needed an upscale look for its premium food label—one that would go against the grain, standing out among the clutter, din and hue of typical supermarket shelves. Our solution centers around a fresh “sprout” logo that steers away from a barnyard look that might be expected of a brand called Archer Farms. The system is clean and simple featuring sans-serif fonts, a vivid palette and a decidedly European use of white space.”
i can't wait!
here's some new magical creations from a personal favorite artist of mine, eric garcia.
the toys were created with a 3-d printer, and the woodblocks were laser engraved, then printed by hand.
what can i say i have talented friends!
